Since 1987, Farner, Barley & Associates, Inc. has provided a comprehensive range of Engineering, Surveying and Land Planning services to the Central FLorida Land Developers and Public Agencies. In 2006, FBA expanded it's services into Georgia and Alabama.

Farner Barley & Associates is proud to have influenced the success of The Villages community by being a part of the design team since 1990. The Villages, located in Central Florida spanning portions of Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties, is a self contained active adult community and is the largest single site developer in the United States.
