Since 1987, Farner, Barley & Associates (FBA), Inc. has provided a comprehensive range of Engineering, Land Planning and Surveying services to Central Florida Land Developers and Public Agencies. In 2006, we expanded our services into Georgia and Alabama with the addition of our West Point,GA office.

The FBA Team offers more than 20 years of experience in design, permitting and construction management of all phases of residential, commercial and municipal land development. This experience allows our team to meet a client's individual needs concerning any aspect of land development.

FBA is proud to have influenced the success of The Villages community by being a part of the design team since 1990. The Villages, located in Central Florida spanning portions of Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties, is a self contained active adult community and is the largest single site developer in the United States.
